IGNITE-a-thon @ Bay Club on Saturday, August 25

​In celebration of the launch of Bay Club Signature class IGNITE, Bay Club will host an IGNITE-a-thon, a morning of back-to-back-to-back classes at the brand new studio at Bay Club SF on Saturday, August 25th. The event will be free and open to the public.

The Bay Club Introduces GlideFit, a new pool class this summer at Bay Club Gateway!

• GlideFit is a floating low impact, high intensity fitness class, offered in the following formats:
• 
  
  • Sculpt: build strength from head to toe, using your core and working on mob
  • Yoga: align with intention while stabilizing and centering on the Fit Float board
  • Cardio Sculpt: challenge yourself with single leg and plyometric movements as you hop on and off the board

 

• GlideFit is offered at Bay Club Gateway, Bay Club Redwood Shores, Bay Club Courtside, Bay Club Santa Clara, Bay Club Carmel Valley, and Fairbanks Ranch Country Club.
